Jon of Conrads Custom Homes was great to work with and did an excellent job completing the projects, going above and beyond. He is personable and a good communicator. As a contractor he was able to point out and fix a few things that would have led to expensive trouble down the road. He also designed and installed a custom live edge wood countertop extension of my kitchen island which looks great, fits the character of the house and increases its value. I will definitely hire Conrads Custom Homes again and recommend this company highly. Thumbtack made it easy to find this talented and trustworthy professional.

Conrads Custom Homes remodeled our kitchen in 2022 and then our master and kids bathrooms in 2024 on our home outside of Niwot and we couldn't be more pleased with everything they have done! We were especially pleased with the constant communication and attention to detail from everyone at Conrads, including the subcontractors. We had our house professionally appraised before and after the kitchen was remodeled and they estimate a 180% ROI in large part because of Jon's awesome design and finding amazing deals on materials!

It's refreshing to work with someone soo incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and honest who truly loves what he does! He is empathetic and more concerned with getting the design & final product exactly the way we wanted instead of nickel and diming us to death. We estimate he saved us over 10k on finishing our Kitchen with cost/value engineering that Jon suggested, especially in the cabinet design/selections!

Our new master bathroom is incredibly well thought out and the exact style we had in our mind! During construction it was discovered that some of our floor joists need to be replaced and instead of it delaying the project, Jon had an engineer on-site the same day and replaced the joists the next!
