- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We build our pricing a la carte, to allow customers flexibility in what they would like done. We will price exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, screens, tracks and specialty fixture cleaning separately, so each customer can make a fully informed decision on what they would like done. We do thorough, high quality work, so although we may not always be the least expensive, customers universally tell us our pricing is fair and our work is well worth the price charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact, we set up a free estimate to discuss services and show specific prices for their requested work. We send a written estimate to the customer the same day as the consultation. On the day of the work, the Crew Leader will meet with customer to discuss needs, answer questions and plan the work. Upon completion of the service, the Crew Leader will review with the customer prior to leaving, to ensure all work is to the customer's expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners have been in the service industry for over 3 decades. Through retail, hospitality, food service and home decor installation, we have a strong history of meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.
