- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on each job after an onsite inspection. Owners choose if they want to use their insurance company to pay for the services or pay directly for the services. If using insurance, simply provide us with the insurance provider, your policy number and the claim number and we can manage the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us and one of our technicians will do an onsite inspection. If the damage needs immediate mitigation, our team will get to work quickly to stop the existing problem. Once inspected and the mitigation process has started, owners decide if they will pay directly or if they will submit an insurance claim. If insurance, we''ll work directly with the owner and their insurer to process any required documentation, readings, pricing, etc.
