- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free inspections and estimates. Typically if we are working on an insurance claim we will charge what the insurance company has agreed to pay through the claims negotiation process. On a retail bid job we will provide a detailed estimate and our price will be based upon the estimate amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to view the project so that we can gather as much information as possible. We generally like to meet with the customer in person so we can go through our process as well as answer any questions they may have. It also helps to meet with the customer so we can know exactly what work they are looking to have completed. We also provide samples of our products for the customer to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed to work in just about every municipality in the Denver Metro area as well as the surrounding cities and in Colorado Springs. We are ICC (International Code Council) certified, which is a requirement for most cities. We are also an Owens Corning Preferred Vendor which means that we have agreed to perform all of our installation according to manufacture specification and standards.
