We will provide line item-level detailed estimates specific to the scope of work for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with a member of our team to review project needs and potential solutions. 2. We will provide an estimate and review materials and color options. 3. If the customer decides to move forward, we will draft an agreement for the price and scope of work. 4. Schedule the project and assign a dedicated project manager 5. At completion, do the final walk-through with the customer for any remaining punch list items. 6. Final invoicing after the punch list is completed at the homeowner's approval.
