Hello. My name is Erin Mehojah, and I am a REALTOR®with EXIT Realty, DTC. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers who want to RIGHTsize their next home, whether upsizing or downsizing. I am also an ASP-certified stager who can help optimize your home for the best possible price.
I have been working in real estate for much of my life. I have 14 years of experience as a REALTOR® and over 19 years of managing new residential construction projects with my father. I have a proven track record of repeat business, referrals, and, most importantly, lifelong friendships.

I do not usually write reviews but I feel I need to write one for Erin Mehojah. Erin went above and beyond what I expected a real estate agent to do. She advised me in staging my home and was able to sell it in one day with multiple offers. Erin was such a pleasure to work and was responsive, professional, and passionate about her work. We also hired Erin to purchase our new build and she accompanied me to meetings with the builder and I felt very well represented as she guided me through the building process. In January if this year, my husband and I said we would take a look at houses just to see if we could purchase one but it would be a miracle if something came up. Erin made our dreams a reality, and now we are in our first home! Her dedication to go above and beyond was incredible every step of the way. There were several times where we thought, How does she do all of this she must have other clients too! And every time, she cheerfully said she loves her job. Im so happy that we found her by chance.
