Justin and his team have now helped me with two real estate purchases over the past 10 years. Justin did a great job of listening to what I was looking for in a property and he did a fantastic job of showing me tons of options before we found that perfect property. Justin negotiated a GREAT deal on both of my transactions which isn't easy to do in the Denver real estate market.
Fast forward 10 years and I am now renting out that first condo I purchased with Justin. His property management expertise and service is top notch! He handled all the rental details, got the lease signed easily and quickly, and has handled all of the rental payments each month with no problems at all. 3 years ago, on vacation, I bought a surf board for my son in Santa Monica CA. The salesman had incredible knowledge, was professional but most of all had the personality you just wanted to buy from. He reminded me of Jason Morales.
I bought and sold 5 homes with Jason in the Denver metro area. Like the guy above, you just want him there when you are buying a home.

We have lived in a house managed by Mycasa for almost a year. We are long-time renters and have had many experiences with different landlords/management companies for the past 20 plus years. Mycasa provides excellent service. Justin and Matt are always very friendly, professional and respond quickly to any problems that come up. They are great to work with!
