- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For both Buyers and Sellers of owner occupied properties, we proudly provide a HERO discount to our HERO clients. HEROES are all law enforcement, firefighters, teachers, nurses, active duty military, and all veterans. For all of our non-HERO clients, we donate a portion of every transaction to several local charities, including Freedom Service Dogs of America, DA 20/30, Denver Home Builder Foundation, Habitat for Humanities, and several others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our new clients, we thoroughly explain our services, answer every single question they have about us and the real estate market and educate our clients on the current market conditions, including value, hot topics, liabilities, and challenges. We try to set the bar really high and the expectations higher, and then we surpass them. We provide extensive training to new investors, new landlords, and most importantly, we give them access to our vetted resources that will save them tens of thousands of dollars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a versatile educational background, and decades of industry experience. Several of our staff have secondary degrees. Jay has attained multiple industry designations such as the CRIS which less than a thousand out of more than a million real estate professionals ever attain. (top 0.1%)
