Erica Robert’s manages my property in Colorado, while I am located in PA. I feel my property is well managed by her, although many miles away I don’t worry about my property. I believe the renters feel as secure as I do as repairs if needed are done properly and the communications between three parties are efficient.

Jeff was really responsive and came out to my place quickly. I gave him a quick tour and he explained things to me then quickly sent me out properties that were similar to mine. Jeff and his team promptly came out to take pictures and it was rented out in Jan which was when it was first offered. This is my first time renting my place out and I feel confident and comfortable that they are taking care of it for me.

Jeff helped manage my property in Parker for around 2.5 years and he was pretty good that when I decided to sell I chose him as my agent. There were several maintenance requests that were handled by Jeff and his team and I am glad things went smooth and on terms acceptable to us. I would highly recommend Jeff for property management.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive and can save you thousands. We don't charge ANY of these fees:
-Tenant Placement Fees (most companies charge one extra month’s rent for this...each and every time you get a new tenant too)
-Repair Fees (BTW if a management company doesn't send you the original invoice then they are marking up the services to you and you don't even know it)
-Advertising Fees (we absorb)
-Minimum Monthly Fees (even if the property is vacant…our philosophy is if you don’t get paid we don’t get paid)
-Monthly Bank Fees (we absorb)
