With an excellent 28 page lease, extensive background checks, and our rent payments tied to Experian, risks are minimized. It's a hands-off, full-service program where you just wait for the money to flow into your account each month! We market your property just like we were marketing it for sale, with professionally written text, pictures, and virtual tours for all properties. We have all the contractors needed to fix anything...to the point we could build your home for you. We take pride in the service we provide and are full-time 7 days a week Realtors/Property Managers. We really offer a huge benefit to owners. First of all, Tenants treat Property Managers differently than owners, because they know they can't get away with anything. There is also peace of mind knowing the tenants don't know who you are at all and your info is confidential. We don't represent tenants at all we ONLY represent owners... which makes a big difference.

Jeff helped manage my property in Parker for around 2.5 years and he was pretty good that when I decided to sell I chose him as my agent. There were several maintenance requests that were handled by Jeff and his team and I am glad things went smooth and on terms acceptable to us. I would highly recommend Jeff for property management.

Unfortunately I am not usually the one to write reviews but feel like this experience needs to be shared to advise others. At first Jeff seemed very great and helpful. I asked if he could take over a Rent by Room 3bed/3bath townhouse in Aurora, CO. I do admit this probably wasn’t the easiest rental to take on. We had a drugged out tenant create damage to exterior of property. He was arrested and left behind a trashed room & other damaged items in common areas. Jeff knew this and drew the line as to what he would assist with inside the home & how working together would look. I signed contract to work together electronically and all seemed well. Very hard to communicate with over email, he mentioned a portfolio of over 200 rental homes so I imagine that is why. EASY tasks like coordinating a handyman to do repairs on a thermostat wall where thermostat was pulled out & replacing a microwave took forever and this was the first 3 weeks of “working” with him! He would constantly FORGET about these items and I would be the one to have to check in on non-responded to emails. Worst of all, I call him on the 20th to see what’s going on because I haven’t been responded to over a week.. only to also realize I haven’t been paid monthly rent from a tenant who needs to pay every 15th. Overall sloppy unorganized operation, would not recommend. Your best bet is to go elsewhere for your property mgt needs unless you personally don’t care about the rental(s) experience you give him and your only motivation is price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive and can save you thousands. We don't charge ANY of these fees: -Tenant Placement Fees (most companies charge one extra month’s rent for this...each and every time you get a new tenant too) -Repair Fees (BTW if a management company doesn't send you the original invoice then they are marking up the services to you and you don't even know it) -Advertising Fees (we absorb) -Minimum Monthly Fees (even if the property is vacant…our philosophy is if you don’t get paid we don’t get paid) -Monthly Bank Fees (we absorb)
