Our process is designed to ensure that every client receives personalized attention and the best possible start to their fitness journey: Consultation: We begin with a 1-hour consultation, either via Zoom or in person—whichever is more convenient for you. During this session, we discuss your fitness history, nutrition profile, goals, and pricing options. Assessment Period: Every client undergoes an assessment tailored to their fitness level and goals.
