What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We build a quote based off an Hourly Labor Rate and separate flat Truck Fee. No added milage charges under 30mi from truck start/stop locations (Englewood) We offer discounts if we finish within the estimated timeframe. We have a very basic General Quote Template we use for Thumbtack, we provide a healthy range of what your move would cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the preferred method, as we can tailor a job most effectively. Texting or Emailing is great if we have a few days at least before the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done over 1000 Moves over the course of 5 years. Over 500 have been through WiseGuys😁👍 We have members that have been doing it as long as 15 Years.
