- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the stars of flooring! We do amazing work and our 4.9 and 5.0 reviews show it. To keep our quality and customer experience at such high levels we employ the best installers. To keep them on staff, we need to pay them more resulting in fair but not the lowest prices out there. We are offering $500 off jobs over $5000, if you mention this add.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our sales experts will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our sales professionals are trained in helping customers pick the perfect products for their home and their personal preferences. All our installers have been with us for years, do amazing work and a joy to have in your home. Our team the best out there, we know it and we would love you to experience it.
