Sam did an excellent job installing my window a/c unit. I live in a very old building and he had to work with many limitations. However he was still able to get the job done. He worked quickly and didn't waste a single moment. Additionally, he was very communicative, giving me accurate estimations on when we would be arriving. The first time he came, he noticed the A/C unit I bought would not work well with the type of window I have (old building). He told me he could still install it, but it wouldn't look as good as I was hoping. I returned that A/C and got a different one, and he completed the installation a few days later. Many other handymen would have just installed it (badly) and left. Sam had the experience to make a good recommendation and guide me in the right direction. On top of that, he didn't even charge me for his first visit. He's a nice guy and does good work. Don't pass him up!
