- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Cherry Creek Flute Academy, the process for working with a new customer typically involves the following steps: 1. **Initial Inquiry/Contact**: New customers often reach out through the website, phone, or via email. They may ask for information about lessons, programs, and instructor availability. 2. **Consultation and Assessment**: A free consultation or initial meeting is often scheduled. This allows the instructors to assess the student's current skill level and discuss their goals, whether it's improving technical skills, preparing for auditions, or exploring new repertoire. It’s also a chance to ensure a good fit between the student and the academy. 3. **Program Selection and Scheduling**: Based on the consultation, the student (or their guardian) can choose the appropriate program. This could be weekly lessons, group classes, or performance preparation sessions. At this stage, the frequency of lessons and lesson length are also established, along with a suitable schedule. 4. **Registration and Payment**: Once the student decides to move forward, they complete the registration process, which includes filling out forms, agreeing to policies, and arranging for payment. The payment structure is usually discussed in this stage, with options for monthly, quarterly, or term-based payments, depending on the academy’s preferences. 5. **Onboarding and Beginning Lessons**: The new student is introduced to the lesson structure, provided with initial learning materials, and any additional resources required (sheet music, method books, or flute accessories). Lessons begin in earnest, and the instructor designs a customized curriculum tailored to the student’s needs and goals. 6. **Ongoing Feedback and Adjustments**: Regular feedback is provided to the student, and adjustments are made to their program as they progress. Open communication is encouraged to ensure the student continues to develop effectively. This process is focused on creating a positive, structured, and flexible learning environment that caters to each student's unique needs.
