Tyler and his partner arrived on time, were very professional, and were even prepared to install a new garbage disposal, upon my request, without attempting to overcharge me - and I did my research ;-). I was most impressed by the fact that, when I accidentally miscalculated the total charge and wrote out a check for $100 more than the amount I should've paid, Tyler actually showed up at my front door to return my check and alert me that I overpaid by $100. I NEVER would've realized I'd done that had he not been so honest. Although it's rare that I pay for any maintenance services, as I prefer to do most myself and am typically skeptical of the professionals who like to take advantage of those who are unable to perform these tasks themselves, this was a circumstance in which I had no choice but to put my faith in a professional and hope that I would not be 'scammed.' Tyler has renewed my faith in the small-businessman and I highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you are hesitant in hiring outside help!

Came out to quote replacing a faucet quickly. Needed a new faucet after the countertops were installed. Quoted $829 to install kitchen sink faucet, install shut offs, and fix the piping. They were quick but super expensive. Got a second quote for $100 for the faucet plus labor, so around $300. This company was very nice and fast, but I didn't use them because of the cost. They did offer to lower the bid to $742- which was still 2 times the cost of the other bid.
