Jose does great work, is trustworthy, and I couldn’t recommend him more! I hired him for a simple yearly furnace tuneup and cleaning but the heat exchanger was cracked. He showed me video of the faulty operation and explained to me how it should operate and exactly how much of a safety concern the situation really was (which I verified with my father who used to be an HVAC tech). Jose recommended the furnace be replaced as it would be more cost-effective than trying to repair my 20-year-old furnace that didn’t have that much life in it anyway. He didn’t try to oversell me anything, gave me a great price on a direct replacement, was able to schedule me the following week, finished the job in half a day, explained everything during the entire process, was very clean and took the old furnace with him while leaving my crawlspace as he found it. Great service and I highly recommended. A+

PROS LLC was extremely responsive. They were at my house within an hour of me reaching out. Diagnosed the problem with the thermostat not turning on as a short in the motherboard in the furnace. Rather than just replacing the motherboard and/or checking all the wiring which is significant labor, as my house is 20+ years old I decided just to replace the furnace. These guys did it the next day at a fairly cheap price. Now the thermostat works and the whole HVAC system works better than before. Highly recommend.

They were great, I had scheduled them to come out on the next available appointments which was I day later, he called me about a half hour later, and said he could be here in about 30 minutes, as he was he figured out what the problem was and got the stuff ordered, I I now have air conditioning again 4 hours before my appointment was supposed to be. I was pleased that he could move my unit the next day. He was missing some wire and had to use mine. That was not part of the bid. I also would have liked a receipt for the work done as a record. A canceled check doesn't tell the story. Now I can move my hot tub to that area.
