Once the site visit has been carried out and a quote has been drawn up, a 10% discount is available for one week, after which the price returns to the original amount.

1st contact: We receive contact from the client via telephone, collect basic information about the client's needs and the type of service. Initial assessment: We schedule a site visit to carry out a detailed assessment. During the visit, we check the condition of mattresses, upholstery, cushions, chairs, sofas and more, with the right to discuss specific concerns with the client. Budget and action plan: We prepare a detailed quote based on the visit and initial discussions. We draw up a customized action plan, outlining the methods and materials to be used. We present the estimate and plan to the client, clarifying any questions they may have. Scheduling the service: Once the quote has been approved, we schedule a date and time that is convenient for the client. We confirm all the details of the service, including the estimated time it will take to complete. Execution of the service: Our team arrives on site with the necessary EPA-certified materials and equipment, we clean the items according to the action plan, ensuring effective elimination of dust mites. We keep the client informed of the progress of the service. Review and feedback: Upon completion of the service, we review the work carried out with the client to ensure their satisfaction. We ask for feedback on the experience. Guidance and maintenance: We provide the customer with tips and guidance on how to keep items clean and free of dust mites. We offer regular maintenance options according to the client's needs. Follow-up: We keep in touch with the customer to ensure they are satisfied and to respond to any new needs. We send reminders about the importance of regular cleaning and offer exclusive promotions.

So we decided to do an in-depth study of dust mites and the best cleaning practices to eliminate them. We invest in EPA-certified materials and specialize in advanced cleaning techniques to ensure effective and safe results. The continuous training of our team and the search for innovative methods are essential parts of our trajectory. We began by serving friends and family, offering our services and collecting feedback to improve our methods. Over time, demand grew and we expanded our services to a wider audience, including condominiums, companies and homes. Our commitment has always been and continues to be to the health and safety of our clients.
