Rod is great. He’s very personable, professional, knowledgable, and does great work. He installed a new microwave at light speed and shared he’s wealth of experience in answering other appliance questions we had. He’s about to fix a shower head issue for us as well. Rod was great at communicating through the messaging system as well. We will definitely continue to work with him.
