Our situation was complicated. John Frink reached out to his professional resources to determine exactly what our job would require. Once John determined the plan of action, he set clear expectations with the scope of work and pricing. He worked with our staff to make sure the area could be closed for the necessary amount of time. His crew showed up as promised, and the job was completed as promised. Their work was top notch. I could not be more satisfied with the entire process. John Frink and crew, I love your work!

We had a horrible experience with John and Kim. I was the GC on this project. The home owner liked Kim originally cause she said she was a paint designer.
Sherry asked that we use this company to paint the exterior.
After making a paint selection on a 4x6 piece of paper. Kim said she'd go get color and do samples.
Come to find out that Kim had one paint crew out to onklly use another sub crew cause they were cheaper and John and Kim cause make more profit.
The crew they brought on was absolutely horrible. A gallon of paint spilled on new stamped concrete and left for 2 weeks before they attempted to remove it.
They crew left trash everywhere. The paint was all over the concrete. I asked that they put painter drops down, and they refused to listen. I complained to John and Kim about the lack of supervision and them never being on site.
The painter attempted to remove the paint, but power washed so hard that it ruined the 30k stamped concrete.
The home owner was beyond frustrated with John and Kim and tried to call a meeting with everyone. John refused and just wanted to finish the work and get paid.
They left puddles of water inside a newly renovated house from their crew power washing with a door open to run power to their machine. They left white tape on fixtures and never finished their work. Left the concrete ruined. And they try and blame everyone else. As you can see in the pictures. This jobsite was left in worse shape than when they started.
Be careful hiring this company. Id hate for this to happen to anyone else.
