Hi I’m Saydie and am so grateful you’re considering me as a teacher! I’ve been practicing yoga for 6+ years and have been teaching for 3 years. I’m currently certified in Vinyasa yoga and Yoga Sculpt. I am a 300 hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher. I’m continuously expanding my fitness knowledge base to provide a high-quality experience. Tell me the areas of tightness or pain and I will tailor a specific flow to increase your flexibility, mobility, strength and reduce pain. I love to get to know people on a deeper level and I believe vulnerability leads to self-healing. My goal is to get you feeling better physically and mentally! I teach private lessons and group lessons in-person or remotely! I would love to deliver a yoga experience you will not forget for your next birthday party, bachelorette celebration or brand/corporate event! I also teach kids yoga (ages 5 and up). Mommy & me/parent & me yoga is a great way to connect with your little and show them the importance of intentional movement. Depending on the age, I incorporate real yoga poses but with a twist typically turning them into animals. In the middle of the flow, we play a game/ have a dance party and end with partner balancing! I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are the right fit for one another! I offer a 4 class pack for private sessions at 10% off or an 8 class pack for 20% off. Outstanding instruction, professionalism, and delivery to our firefighters. We have numerous instructors over the last 5 years and this was the best of the best. Great value as well.

I loved our experience with Saydie! She was super responsive and communicative right from the beginning. I explained that my sisters were coming in town for a girls weekend and what we were looking to get from our session and she delivered! She customized the flow to our needs, skills, and even music preferences. She checked in throughout the session staying attentive to us! Having outside visitors it was also super beneficial that she could offer extra mats as she came to my apartment. I’d absolutely recommend Saydie!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 250 hour Vinyasa Yoga Certificate and a 50 hour Yoga Scuplt Certificate through CorePower Yoga. I’m currently earning my NASM Personal Training Certificate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years in the gym chasing extrinsic motivation, I craved feeling better from the inside out. I walked into a yoga studio and never looked back. I became obsessed with feeling better internally and that started to shine through in other areas of my life. Not only has my mental and emotional health increased, but physical changes happened too! When you love the way you move your body, you’ll be amazed at what you can do! The sky is the limit and I want to help you get there!:)
