Beth Corlett is a RYT-500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance who teaches private, couples and group yoga classes in Denver and surrounding areas. She is certified in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin and believes in the saying that yoga should be easy, steady, and joyful. Her studies are based on the principles of Iyengar Yoga which focuses on alignment, modifications, and variations which she believes deeply in, as this way of teaching makes yoga safe and accessible to everyone.
Beth brings her sense of humor and easy-going style to each session, she LOVES to teach and puts her blood, sweat and tears into every class because she wants everyone to experience the benefits of yoga. Through a regular practice of asana, meditation and breathwork, Beth discovered strength and flexibility in her body and calmness in her mind and she is passionate about helping others achieve the same.
