• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I give discount as much at 50% off when a customer calls the following year!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I’ll use traditional squeegee technique then recommend a yearly basis wash so the windows can be washed using a water fed pole system which uses water and runs resign from a tank and converts to soft water.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’m crafty and work really fast and well but am very detail oriented.
