- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is some of the most competitive in the area. We strive to give customers a great value for their dollar, while still providing the highest quality service. We usually provide discounts not only to new customers, but for loyal repeat customers as our way of saying "thanks". - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to them and get to know a little more about them and their needs for our services. Once we meet in person, we stay in constant communication with them, making sure that all of their needs are taken care of throughout the entire service process. Customers can always reach out to us if they have any problems or concerns, whether during business hours or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of experience in the window cleaning and janitorial industries. I was the operations manager and co-owner of my previous employer for 5 years. I have extensive knowledge of the industry and have several certifications including Aerial Lift Certification, OSHA 10, Facilities Management and Sustainable Facilities Management Certification from the International Facilities Management Association. I also have a minor in Sustainable Energy from North Carolina State University.
