- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work with any reasonable budget to complete a project. I give a full breakdown of tasks, costs, and estimated time once I have specific details for a project and a chance to review the current website, if there is one. If the overall amount is more than you can afford, I will work with you to devise a plan that stays within your budget and prioritize the changes that will most impact your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will undergo an onboarding process. We start with our new client questionnaire, which gives us insight into your design preferences, how you see your business, and any issues you are experiencing. As we work, our team compiles any info you may not know you need. We usually uncover unneeded services during onboarding that can be canceled to save you money. All project documentation is shared via a Google folder. We like to ensure our clients have all their information in one place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in management positions with small businesses for over 20 years. In the last 10, I have earned certifications for WordPress, Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and User Experience. In the last 5, I have focused on Project Management and the best ways to get projects completed as efficiently and cost-effective as possible, In 2023 I compiled over 20 years of business and marketing knowledge to launch Mile High Websites & Business Solutions.
