I had recently purchased a new water heater and my building manager hired the plumber to do so. Upon contacting that plumber to check why my water was lukewarm, he said the soonest he could get to me was a week and a half later. I scheduled an appointment with him and suffered through lukewarm showers for another week and a half. When the day of our scheduled appointment arrived, the plumber never showed up. No response to texts or calls. I called Jay on a Saturday and he was at my place within an hour. Fixed my problem in 15 minutes! I will recommend Jay to anyone who needs a reliable, professional plumber whose prices are also very reasonable.
