FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on time spent, location, how many cameras and how many camera people are needed. As a baseline, a one-camera shoot costs $120/per hour. A half-day (4 hour) shoot costs $500, and a full-day (8 hour) shoot is $900. Editing is charged at the same rate and may be combined with shooting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that we both have a clear understanding of what we are trying to achieve and what it will take to get there. You have the knowledge of what you are trying to convey and who your audience is. I have the skills to turn that vision into a video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Videography is always evolving and there is a constant barrage of new equipment and techniques. I stay current through trade publications and attend meetings of the Colorado Professional Videographers Association.
