FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree service job is different, with pricing based on several factors. Essentially, tree service jobs are priced with consideration of height of tree, size of tree, type of tree, complexity of the job, location, duration, and equipment needed to adequately complete the job. That being said, an estimate is just that: an educated guess. I'm always willing to work with potential customers regarding price because I know that servicing your trees usually aren't on top of the to do list. I’m always willing to work with customers regarding their quotes, if the price is out of range and am more than happy to reach an agreement that works for you and the company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with the customer deciding what kind of work you need done and how soon. Upon contacting us, we will gather all necessary contact information and set up a time to visit your property for a free quote. We always provide an on-site visit to properly assess the property taking into consideration location, size, obstacles, etc. We’ll assist the customer in answering any questions you may have or providing advice on best recommendations, and then upon finishing the visit we provide an estimate via email. If you are satisfied, we move forward with scheduling an appointment to begin the work. If changes are desired, we adjust the estimate as needed and proceed with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
