What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not a fee for using my services. My agency focuses on vacation packages, cruises, excursions, hotel/resorts accommodations, and event tickets (sporting, concerts, etc. Unfortunately if you need assistance with just booking only a flight my agency doesn't provide flight only service (Must book with hotel, resort, tour packages, and cruise).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer request assistance you will receive a quote form to fill out so I can better assist you. It will ask budget and other specific details.
