- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on time, energy and overall fees to keep up my business. So It may be different depending on what you ask for. Cancelations [with or without invoice paid] (50% of Job Inquiry price)/Non-Responders follow the same suit (usually will be lead costs+ 2$ per day unanswered.) Rush fees are 25% of the Booking price. Retainer Fee is typically 40% of the total price (if you are booking more than 2 months in advance). Split-Day Booking Fees are 50$. Discounts usually are for Repeat Clients, and Corporate Holiday events. No refunds after invoice is sent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very simple, You give me a prompt/your question, (I dont need to know your signs or anything, but the more information you give me the better.) And I will simply read the cards for you over phone, Ive mostly have done Twitch Streaming for live performances. So I have been very public with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Self Taught for 6 years and Studied Reiki for 6 years. [1&2] Worked as a Holistic practitioner since 2015
