- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am the premium option. I am going to show up to your house fully insured with the best equipment to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with you the entire way through the process. As soon as you text me pictures of the stumps I will send you a formal estimate. As soon as you accept the formal estimate I will call 811 to submit the request to have your utility lines marked. As soon as that is done you can kiss your stumps goodbye. I will be out there to remove them and make your yard beautiful and more safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) in Computer Science and Business Administration. I ran a successful painting business in college and have always loved working with trees, chainsaws, and power equipment.
