My sister Carrie and I had the privilege of working with Jake from Bold Brothers Roofing. Jake really went above and beyond to assist us with the complex insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise and Bold Brothers insurance claim software made the process so much easier. Jake also worked with the solar contractor so that our panels could be removed and re-installed. My insurance agent said there were about 40,000 roof claims in the metro area after last summers storms, but Jake treated us like we were his only customer. Also, during our roof replacement, one of our real estate clients needed a new roof. No problem, Jake got right on it and helped my client get her roof replaced before closing, a process that was way more complex than it sounds. I have worked with other roofers, and there really is a difference. Jake and Bold Brothers are superior at their job in every way!Kathy & Carrie Sampron

Bold Brothers Roofing are very good. Geno, our project manager & his crew, are amazing. Called, estimates done, thorough inspection done in one day. Met with our insurance inspector. We really didn't need to do anything. Spent weeks getting the decking covered by our insurance & did. Geno is an honest, caring & and hard-working friend.Also, his crew was polite, & best of all complete clean-up job. Have yet to find any nails, trash or other odd stuff.We recommend Bold Brothers Roofing if you want honest, efficient & great quality work.

I really can't say enough good things about Bold Brothers Roofing. We had major hail damage not only to our roof, but our entire house in May of 2023. Jake helped us deal with the insurance company throughout the entire project and he was amazing. So professional and communicative! He made the entire process so easy, not only with the roof, but with window replacement and the painting of our house. His sub contractors were great as well. If you are in need of quality work done by a trustworthy and professional company, Bold Brothers is who I would recommend over and over!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our roofing services, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, in almost all cases you'll only pay your deductible. We diligently review what is approved with your insurance company before starting any project, to ensure our customers don't have any unforeseen or unexpected expenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you at your home and do a free thorough inspection including photos and documentation of all damage. Afterwards we go over with you in detail what we found, or did not find, and discuss how you would like to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff participates in ongoing education for every aspect of roofing - industry standards, current and changing laws, new products and development, insurance codes and best practices. We are an active member of the Colorado Roofing Association & Western States Roofing Contractors Association.
