- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our roofing services, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, in almost all cases you'll only pay your deductible. We diligently review what is approved with your insurance company before starting any project, to ensure our customers don't have any unforeseen or unexpected expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you at your home and do a free thorough inspection including photos and documentation of all damage. Afterwards we go over with you in detail what we found, or did not find, and discuss how you would like to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff participates in ongoing education for every aspect of roofing - industry standards, current and changing laws, new products and development, insurance codes and best practices. We are an active member of the Colorado Roofing Association & Western States Roofing Contractors Association.
