Being in business for so long, SG has shown incredible level of maturity. Their prices are well-positioned, workmanship is overall good but the biggest factor is Tim himself. Our first project in the bedrooms went without a hitch. Tim and Jasmine were responsive and Cameron did a great job. Upon a successful completion, we gave them another project in the remaining rooms. This time there was a hitch but Tim immediately sent his folks to redo the work. The men arrived in the middle of a snowstorm despite us telling them that it’s not urgent and they can choose a better time. But they insisted and fixed the other windows. Quite unheard for a business in this area but we are definitely going with them for a third project in 2025.

Great experience. Jasmine did a super job of setting up the appointment and helping select the materials. Peter did a great job with the installation. He was on time and was very professional in his work.

Fantastic company! We had the window over top our front door and the sidelights done, and the outcome was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be using them again in the future for other windows in the house!

Check on the quality of the tinting your are being offering, not only the service the credentials of the installation firm. Window film is a long-term decision (a useful life of 30+ years). Make sure that the film you are getting has things like good optical clarity and excellent scratch resistance.
