- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and upfront, we like to keep it simple for the client so they easily understand contract and the value we provide. Pricing depends on vacation rental or long term rental. As a company, included in our fees are marketing, advertising, small repair work, full cleaning service, spa quality linens, full communication with guest/tenant and service provider (like AirBnB), and more. If you do not make money, we do not make money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them. Understand what they are looking for in a property management company and what they would like from their property. It's all about trust and transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20+ years as a team of property management. We also have masters level analysts on staff who are constantly researching market value, trends and potential profit for all of our clients.
