Hi! I specialize in SMALL GROUP PRIVATE TRAINING (2-4 people). Looking for an affordable, fun way to exercise and get fit? Small group training is a win-win for everyone! High energy, supportive environment, affordable price, and you still get the individual attention you need. I train my clients in my private studio, a clean, non-judgmental, non-intimidating environment. Don’t have a buddy to join with? Contact me to join with another existing small group! I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and have loved every second of it. I have a MS degree in Exercise Science and a second MS degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology. I train my clients using science-based methods, with excellent results. I am a certified fitness instructor and a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor. I have a passion for helping people to gain strength, mobility, and healing in their body through exercise. I have seen life-changing results in my own body, and in the bodies of my clients. Every person is different and requires unique and personally-tailored approaches. All of my clients receive my undivided attention with a customized workout every session. I believe oftentimes we know what we SHOULD do to be healthy… we sometimes just need a little help in figuring out HOW. I can’t wait to meet you and help you on your health and fitness journey!

I have worked with Brook for a little over 2 years and she is the most sweet, professional, and supportive trainer I’ve ever had. I found the perfect place to meet my own personal fitness goals of strength training and mobility, and so far I've seen great results! Highly recommended.

I was skeptical about trying Pilates as I thought it was mainly for women, but after working with Brook I have seen dramatic improvement in my spinal mobility, core strength, posture and flexibility, which has helped not only my golf game but also has alleviated most of the general aches and pains caused by my active lifestyle. Brook is awesome to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients getting the most out of every session. The absolute best!! You guys, if you want someone that gives you a personal plan for your needs, then Brook is the one to go to! She is the absolute best. I feel so much better after my personalized plan, which fits my time schedule and needs! I highly recommend Brook! Brook introduced me to Pilates three years ago – what a great, positive difference it’s made in my overall health and sense of well being. Pilates has been a game changer for me. I knew that Brook was highly proficient and had extensive training and certifications, but I must admit that at first I was a bit skeptical. In the beginning, compared to weight lifting, it felt to me like not much was happening. However, ‘the 100’ and ‘the swan’ were eye openers: maybe I wasn’t in shape as much as I thought! The movements and the stretching are sometimes subtle but very effective over time. Pilates has increased my core strength a LOT. And improved my posture. My energy level is up and maintaining my weight is easier. I injured my back on vacation recently and Brook’s approach and Pilates’ movements have helped alleviate the pain and accelerated my recovery tremendously. What a relief! I’m very pleased with Pilates’ focus on deep muscles and body alignment and the combination of movement, breath and mindfulness. Brook is an outstanding trainer and her positive and encouraging style makes a workout fun! I highly recommend Brook. Tim H

I have taken a lot of classes with Brook and I can’t recommend her enough. One thing that really sticks out to me is how she takes time to get to know her clients and actively listens to my goals. I’m a long distance runner who is always looking for different workouts to cross train and get stronger. Brook has so much experience and made trying new workouts fun and challenging. Whether you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level, or are nervous but eager to try something new, she is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
