- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Proposals are done in consideration of budgets however day rates/ time to plan and execute the event are considered. There are many choices within the industry, but I truly believe hiring a professional you mesh with is just as important. Understanding your vision and executing beyond what is expected is always the goal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a brief video or phone consultation to better understand the vision and needs of each client. Often times there are many other details a client has not thought through yet, and often times a quick conversation and alleviate any forgotten items as well as brainstorm other ways to elevate the event! After a call, a professional proposal will be sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Marketing and over 10 years experience formally event planning for large corporate brands and private events.
