- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system but it is very lengthy and would be easier for you to either go to our web site for that information or contact the office to discuss your specific needs have the information sent to you. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up a profile on our portal, we set up a Meet and Greet to meet you and your pets, so that we can go over any details you would like us to know about your pet and their routine. We will answer any questions a new prospect has about YBFF and how we operate and going over their particular needs. Prior to any type of service provided by YBFF, we will then arrange an in-home meeting . This also gives us a chance to explain how our service works and the best way it can work for you. There is no charge for this initial visit and this allows you a time to ask any questions and for us to obtain 2 sets of keys to your home. The keys will remain in our possession for future service unless you request the keys be returned. All keys are safely organized and locked up in our office. The information obtained from the new client meeting is entered into our system in a very detailed manner and updated when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on the team at YBFF has been around all types of animals throughout their life. If there is a particular animal they are not familiar with, they will receive training before caring for that type of pet. The team is trained for two full weeks with the field supervisor and other team members prior to going alone on a job.
