Introduction
I'm Marci Perry, the driving force behind ‘Sustainable Movement’. My mission is to help my clients build healthy futures. My coaching journey started in 2016 at a Colorado Athletic Club - Tabor Center, where I rose to be one of their top coaches. When the pandemic forced gyms to close, I seized the opportunity to create my own space, turning a 500 sq ft garage into a private fitness studio. From soccer in college to seven years of competitive roller derby, my athletic background sprouted my passion for movement and strength. Nowadays, I find my joy in cultivating meaningful relationships, playing in the Colorado mountains year-round, and enjoying all that the Denver metro area has to offer during the summer. At Sustainable Movement, my mission goes beyond fitness—it's about enduring, holistic wellness. Guided by Michael Pollan's wisdom to “Eat food. Not too much; Mostly plants”, I advocate for balanced nutrition centered around fresh food. I believe that best practices for health inside the body are inherently best practices for the sustainability of your environment. I excel with clients who are ready to take action on the changes they know it’s time to make. Whether athletes overcoming overuse injuries, beginners finding their gym confidence, or mature adults seeking balance and vitality. My clients range from their mid-30s to mid-70s, and I welcome friend groups and couples for tandem training. Services at Sustainable Movement include individual in-person sessions, partner and small group training, nutrition counseling, habit techniques, and online programs. My specialization lies in pain-free movement, foundational for balance, strength, and stability. In my coaching, I fuse sustainable health and enduring change. Marci is very easy to work with and has tailored her training consistently to my personal needs. These are needs that I’ve identified as well as ones that she sees as critical to my upgrade in fitness. I have a variety of nagging issues due to chronic overuse as I’ve been very active in many athletic activities most of my life. I feel extremely fortunate to have her expertise and reliability. I have had other training experiences and she’s the best!

I cannot recommend Marci enough. Marci has been my trainer for years and I couldn't be more happy with the results. She's taken the time to get to know me and truly understand my short and long term fitness/health goals. Through a variety of ups and downs, Marci helped me through a pretty serious back injury, helped me meet my weight goals for my wedding (it sure feels great to fit into that suit after all that work). Words can't quite capture all the great goals and adversity Marci has helped me overcome. I cannot recommend her enough.

Marci is great personal trainer. She is very attentive to individual needs and designs unique programs tailored to that. I have been working with her for a few months now and continue to see and feel positive results. Prior to working out with Marci I spent decades attempting to strength-train on my own primarily with weight training with limited results. Marci has shown me unique and ever-changing ways to get better results with each workout while avoiding some of the past unhealthy strains on my body. In short, if you are in need of a trainer who can give you unprecedented improvements in strength, flexibility, injury recovery, overall health or whatever your specific needs may be Marci cannot be beat.

Wish I could choose all five of the above. Marci is next level as a trainer, surpassing expectations each and every workout and I think I am five years in with her now. She ensures a challenge, built around the client’s goals, no injuries, and a training process that is as much a life lesson as it is a fitness workout. I always feel uplifted (and out of breath!) after an hour with Marci.
