I'm Marci Perry, the driving force behind ‘Sustainable Movement’. My mission is to help my clients build healthy futures. My coaching journey started in 2016 at a Colorado Athletic Club - Tabor Center, where I rose to be one of their top coaches. When the pandemic forced gyms to close, I seized the opportunity to create my own space, turning a 500 sq ft garage into a private fitness studio.
From soccer in college to seven years of competitive roller derby, my athletic background sprouted my passion for movement and strength. Nowadays, I find my joy in cultivating meaningful relationships, playing in the Colorado mountains year-round, and enjoying all that the Denver metro area has to offer during the summer.
At Sustainable Movement, my mission goes beyond fitness—it's about enduring, holistic wellness. Guided by Michael Pollan's wisdom to “Eat food. Not too much; Mostly plants”,
I advocate for balanced nutrition centered around fresh food. I believe that best practices for health inside the body are inherently best practices for the sustainability of your environment.
I excel with clients who are ready to take action on the changes they know it’s time to make. Whether athletes overcoming overuse injuries, beginners finding their gym confidence, or mature adults seeking balance and vitality. My clients range from their mid-30s to mid-70s, and I welcome friend groups and couples for tandem training.
Services at Sustainable Movement include individual in-person sessions, partner and small group training, nutrition counseling, habit techniques, and online programs. My specialization lies in pain-free movement, foundational for balance, strength, and stability.
