Welcome to Raw Results! First and foremost, I would like to commend you for making your health and fitness a priority. My name is Nick, the head coach and owner of Raw Results Coaching. I have my bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance and Nutrition from Montana State University Billings. I was fortunate enough to turn my passion for fitness into a business of helping others. I have been helping people from all walks of life reach their goals for over eight years now, and the results have been extraordinary.
A little bit about myself: My certifications include: NASM CPT, Certified Holistic Nutrition coach through the Chek Academy, and an Onnit Academy Kettlebell Specialist. I was a collegiate baseball player and have held multiple records in the state of Colorado for powerlifting. For me, health and fitness are a lifestyle. When I am not busy training and helping people reach their goals, I’m often found trying to reach my own. I am constantly challenging myself, whether it be learning how to play a new sport, climb a 14,000 foot mountain in the dead of winter, or working on my relationships. I understand the multifaceted nature of life and constantly strive to improve in all areas.
I believe that great trainers are incredible listeners, analysts, and motivators who put their clients' needs ahead of their own. I strive to recognize and adapt to the unique needs of the client with a flexible attitude to help people reach their goals. Your goals inherently become my goals when you become my client. I believe in having a servant’s heart when it comes to my business, meaning that I try to put the needs of others ahead of my own. I believe that fitness coaching is largely about having the right motivation to serve others. My passion for fitness is also a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves.
I aim to take the guess work out of health and fitness! There is a large amount of misinformation out there today about what is “healthy.” I have studied health and human performance my whole life so that you don’t have to. I aim to bridge the gap between performance and wellness. You can FEEL and look good and enjoy yourself in the process!! No more fad diets, supplements, or other gimmicks.
I offer customized 1:1 weekly programming via TrainHeroic, virtual 1:1 sessions via Zoom/FaceTime, and have an in-person location in North Thornton with a full weight room set up. I also am mobile and can travel to you!
The first week is free for the online programming option. I have options for anyone who is ready to change and put the work in. I’m looking forward to hearing from you, your health is the best investment you will ever make!
