My 15 year old son has been training with Austin 2x/week for the last couple of months and is definitely seeing the results! His primary sport is hockey and Austin has been helping him with his sport specific goals and it’s showing on the ice. He’s also learning proper techniques to avoid injury while training which is a great investment!

Austin is the best trainer I have worked with. He takes a personalized approach with each client and carefully customizes each workout for my goals and working through past injuries. He is professional and has enabled me to reach fitness goals faster than I ever would have on my own or did with other trainers.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer who can make medicine ball slams feel almost bearable and squats something you might actually look forward to, Austin is your guy. I’ve had a lot of trainers in the past, but Austin is on another level. He doesn’t just tell you to do an exercise—he gives you a mini TED Talk on why you’re doing it, which muscle groups are working, and why it’s totally okay if you let out a little scream during that last rep. 😂 He’s got jokes for days and somehow makes lunges and planks…dare I say…fun? But don’t let the laughs fool you—he’s serious about helping you reach your goals. He’s like that best friend who convinces you to go out when you’d rather stay home, but instead of a wild night out, you end up stronger and healthier. 🏋️‍♂️💪 Plus, he’s got this magic way of pushing you just to the edge, so you leave feeling like a champion but not so sore that you’re waddling around like a penguin for days. (Been there, done that, not with Austin!) 🙌 Bottom line: Austin is an awesome trainer who’s as knowledgeable as he is entertaining. 10/10

Me and my partner have been working with Austin Amante and he’s been absolutely fantastic! He is chill without being intimidating and he really encourages you to meet your personal goals. He has pushed us to work harder without being too much. So far we are seeing results after just a few months and we are able to lift more weight each time with his guidance. He is also super knowledgeable about the body and helped to identify that one of my hips is being a bit difficult, so we have been working on mobility and strength for that hip and I never would have noticed without his help.
