FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various pricing options to fit every budget, and we're always happy to work with our clients to create a payment plan that works for them. We also offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first-time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with new customers in person or online to get to know each other a bit and discuss what they are looking for in terms of training. We'll talk about their fitness goals, timeline, and what kind of budget they are working with. Once we have a good understanding of what they are looking for, we can put together a training plan that fits their needs. From there, we'll get started with the first session and continue working together until the goals are met!
