- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a lot of experience with eco friendly organizing but have a new business. Because of that, I'm offering discounts to my first few Thumbtack customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, my goal is to establish an organizational system that works for everyone living in the home. To do that, I will need to walk through a typical day and where things tend to pile up because there's no place to put them. I also may need to bring in organizational items that will be at an additional cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a dual doctorate in design, planning, and cognitive science, and have many years experience with organizing in an eco friendly way.
