FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive billing rates in criminal cases. We charge significantly lower wait and drive time rates (1/3 our normal rates) compared to other firms who charge full rate. We also charge a lower rate for more administrative tasks. For personal injury cases, we operate on a contingency fee basis with three tiers: 28.333% (5% below the vast majority of firms) for settlements that occur pre-litigation; 35% percent if we settle after filing your case (aka litigation) but before or during mediation; and 40% past mediation and through trial if we do not settle at mediation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 30-minute consultation prior to signing up clients to make sure that we are the right fit for the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
