I had the Vegetable Curry with Homemade Flatbread, and it was amazing. The curry was full of flavor, super creamy, and had just the right amount of heat. The fresh flatbread was soft and perfect for dipping into the curry sauce. The beautiful chef Vasta told me she used leftover veggies and cashews to make this comforting and satisfying vegan meal!

Last week I ate the creamy cashew pasta with soy curls made by vasta. It was so good! It had so much flavor, and sustained my energy so I could get through my work shift. Not only is the food delicious but the ethics behind iwacu flavors are honorable. Vasta told me how she wants her cooking not only to be healthy to eat, but sustainable for the planet and the animals. I highly recommend iwacu flavors!

If you want a savory and nostalgic experience of food, you HAVE to try Iwacu Flavors! Best vegan food Ive ever had! Theres something new, yet familiar and comforting about the food. Beyond the incredible dishes, Vasta makes you feel like you are having a gourmet experience right in your own home! I highly recommend to all my friends and family.
