Our mission at Mixers and Morsels is to deliver an indulgent food experience, influenced by global flavors, using locally sourced ingredients to suit any occasion. As a chef, I've been working in the culinary industry or over 20 years. During this time I have honed my skills by working alongside some amazing Executive Chefs, a James Beard Award winner as well as Certified Master Chef. Additionally, I've opened and been at the helm of several premier Denver restaurants. I have a passion for using fresh seasonal ingredients in globally inspired cuisines. Brendon catered our wedding (which ended up including a significant number of people more than we initially estimated for him) and we cannot rave enough about working with him and the food. We had guests asking if they could get recipes. It was that good. My husband and I weren’t sure we could afford to have a buffet catered and Brendon made our wedding meal far and above anything we thought we could have. And on top of that we loved working with him! We can’t say that about all our vendors unfortunately. We are recommending him to anyone who will listen.

Brendon and his assistant, Lando, prepared and presented an outstanding meal of New Orleans cuisine. Each course was delicious, which may be an understatement. It was a treat to be served such outstanding food in the comfort of our own home. We would be hard pressed to find a meal this flavorful in any restaurant! Great work, Denver Mixers and Morsels!

Brendon and his employee (I wish I could remember his name, because he was so great too and deserves credit) were absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious. Every single one of my employees could not stop talking about how great the food was! Brendon catered for our company Xmas party for about 40 people and we had extra food at the end and could all take some home! Even the next day the food is still so good! I can't express how happy I am with this company and will continue to use him for whatever events I can!! Brendon and helper, thank you so much for the amazing food, service and hospitality! You guys are the best of the best!!!! Ps. the pictures do not do this food and presentation justice! It was on me to decorate around the food as I chose to not pay for that service and I just didn't have time , so please ignore that. Thanks again!!

Pricing varies depending on services rendered, however I like to include everything in the price per person so that you are not surprised by fees at the end of the billing process.

I take pride in making custom menus for each client to make every experience special and unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of on the job training, during that time I have worked as a Chef de Cuisine (head of the kitchen) under a James Beard Award winning chef and a Certified Master Chef.
