- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America; so classically french trained chef. I am very fond of new American cuisine as well, but also have experience in vast majority of cuisines such as Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, bbq, Japanese, Chinese, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved to cook for as long as I can remember. Food is my true passion!
