I run a brand management law firm, as opposed to many online companies that operate a ‘registration service’, that focuses on a volume business. Rather, I provide individualized attention to each client. As such, I customize engagements for each client, rather than some of the one size fits all options that are common on the internet. My litigation, infringement, and dispute resolution work instills in me the need to provide clients with the confidence that their business, trademark, and copyright filings will be successful. In my opinion, the most important part of an attorney client relationship is feeling comfortable with both the information being provided and the attorney providing it.
