- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing packages are individualized according to a client's needs, treatment and goals. There is a consultation charge & then a monthly charge that includes all meal plans, support and supplements (if needed or requested). You will get everything you need from me for the month as well as all of the tools you need to succeed. I will offer discounts from time to time and I am willing to work with clients if needed. I am running a business but first and foremost I am here to help others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a conversation. I would like to get to know YOU! This can be in person, over the phone, video call, etc. After that I will send some paperwork over for you to fill out. You will send that to me with payment. Then I will analyze all of the information and formulate a wellness plan for you to follow. We will have weekly follow up meetings that again can be in person, over the phone or in video chat. During these meetings we would discuss challenges & successes and make any adjustments to your plan if necessary.
