- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is reviewed regular to ensure it is consistent and fair with similar services in the service area. Thumbtack also charges fees to vendors for lead generation for each vendor contacted(whether they are hired or not) as such, these type of fees are also taken into account when setting prices. Discounts are offered to notary clients for signers who educators and active duty military/veterans with valid ID.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to develop a relationship and provide top-notch service aimed at meeting customer needs and goals as best possible. I work well over messenger but also happy to get on the phone talk through an assignment. As appropriate to the work, in-person consultations and meetings are welcomed as well. Let me know what you need and I'll work to achieve that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Public/Loan Signing: Trained, certified, and background checked through the National Notary Association in addition to significant real-life experience with general notary work, and real estate transactions. Event Planner/Decorator: 22 years experience working as an event planner and decorator/designer. I have planned and executed events ranging in size from 10-5,000 to include dinners/luncheons, birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, concerts, conference/conventions, etc. Wedding Officiant: As notary Public commissioned in Colorado I am able to notarize self-solemnized wedding ceremonies (per Colorado law, two parties can self-solemnize or recognize their own marriage requiring notarization by a notary public or clerk of court). In addition to that I am also an ordained minister with American Marriage Ministries and can legally solemnize marriages by performing the ceremony and signing the marriage license as minister.
