FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
in the state of Colorado, a Notary Public can change $15 per notarization and signature and $25 for a RON digital notarization. A notary may also charge a "reasonable" delivery fee if the notary travels. I keep things thing very simple: $1 per mile there. So if I do a notarization 8 miles from my office, I would charge $8 for travel and $15 for the notarization. to bypass the travel fee, I can also do a digital RON notarization as long as you have a smart phone or computer that has audio and video. This would be $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am simple to work with and keep the process streamlined and professional. Clients contact me with a document and what type of notarization you need. I verify if any witness's need to be present, if so there is an additional fee if you are unable to present a witness and I need to lean into my professional network and find someone willing. From there we decide on where the notarization takes place and we schedule a time and date for when you need the signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Loan Signing Agent and I have been in the real estate industry for 6 years. I have completed the Loan Signing System course which is additional training in order to hone my skills and training NEVER ends. I additional was a notary public in Austin TX for 4 years.
