- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the project, materials used and labor required. I will gather all information necessary to provide an accurate quote. I can also provide line item options to choose from. I have a minimum $300 fee for any work performed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I serve both commercial and residential clients. Most residential jobs are from people who just want to freshen up their living space, and turn to a professional for color advice and application. Adding mood and depth is another reason customers seek my services. Painting with a one color glaze is the most executed finish, because it can cover a lot of space for little cost, and dramatically changing your interior from just painted to a custom theme.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are price shopping, you must consider the contractor's experience, track record, value-added services, portfolio of previous work, references, and even personality. Choosing an inexpensive, and inexperienced finisher for your home could end up costing more with re-do's and customer service headaches.
